just out of my second acl surgery. no more running for 3 months :( basically i can’t do anything physical. i hate feeling like this. this tear is a huge setback… before surgery i couldn’t workout like i’m used to. i lifted a little and did elliptical and bike workouts but it wasn’t the same…. now it’s the holidays and i think i’ve gained 5 lbs…. in not very happy with my body or myself right now. and it’s hard because there’s nothing i can do to work out and feel better. :/
workout and eat healthy because you love yourself 100% and not the other way around, accept yourself at this very moment
